The House proposed an additional $15 million in cuts to community mental health services and an additional $48 million to counties. These funding cuts will directly impact Central MN and many of the programs STARS parents, youth and providers have worked so hard to develop and support, including mobile crisis response, school-based mental health, respite, case management and wraparound.
