• Stigma reduction
• Professional education
• Public education
• Outreach efforts

Training Committee
The purpose of this committee is to help:

• Develop, implement and oversee STARS training and technical assistance plan
• Coordinate regular and repeated training and technical assistance events that promote System of Care values, principles, goals and vision
• Arrange for ongoing training to program leadership, including family members on how to give effective testimony and interview
